These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, ticketing, and events operated by BEVMO d/b/a Hold My Beer Broadway (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the site, purchasing tickets, attending events, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted.
Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
Services and Ticketing
We provide event promotion, ticket sales, and related services. All ticket purchases are subject to availability, venue rules, and any event-specific terms posted at purchase.
Purchases, Payment, and Fees
Payment:
Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. We do not store full card numbers unless stated.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders.
Service Fees: Service, convenience, and processing fees may apply.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, Transfers
NonRefundable/NonTransferable:
Unless an event is canceled by us, all tickets sold are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued except as required by law or as expressly stated in event-specific terms.
Cancellations/Reschedules:
If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, we will follow the applicable posted policy and applicable law.
Transfers:
Except as explicitly allowed by us in writing, tickets are nontransferable.
Entry, Age Requirement, and ID
Age:
Ticketed attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend events unless an event’s listing expressly states otherwise.
ID and Admission:
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee who cannot provide valid government‑issued photo identification upon request, who appears to be underage, or who violates venue rules or these Terms. Denial of entry due to failure to show ID or meet age requirements will not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Media, Photography, and Publicity:
By attending our events you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to use images, audio, and video that include your likeness for promotional purposes (web, social media, marketing).
User Conduct and Content:
You agree not to: post unlawful, abusive, obscene, or infringing content; interfere with site operation; or violate venue rules. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content in connection with our services.
Intellectual Property:
All site content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Sponsors and Partnerships:
Sponsor and partner relationships are subject to separate agreements. We may share necessary information with sponsors to fulfill partnership obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers:
Services, events, and site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEVMO d/b/a Hold My Beer Broadway and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or attendance at events. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEVMO d/b/a Hold My Beer Broadway and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct.
Third‑Party Links and Services:
We may link to third‑party sites or services. Links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third‑party content, practices, or transactions.
Accounts & Accounts Termination:
If you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access or accounts, remove content, or cancel tickets for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or venue safety concerns. Termination does not limit remedies available to us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Tennessee.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and BEVMO d/b/a Hold My Beer Broadway regarding the subject matter.
